  • Sunday - (closed for events or weddings)
  • Monday - closed 
  • Tuesday - 10am to 6pm
  • Wednesday - 10am to 6pm
  • Thursday - 10am to 6pm
  • Friday - 10am to 3pm (early closure for events or weddings)
  • Saturday - (closed for events or weddings)


Central/Standard Time

Correspondence are subject to a 48 business hour response contingent upon the needs of the business. We ask that you do not send multiple correspondence across multiple outlets as that will not prompt a faster response!


In the event of an unexpected closure; information will be posted on online platforms; customers who will be directly affected by the closure will be notified via email ONLY. Please note it does not matter what method of contact you were using with the company prior; alerts regarding company closures will be sent formally via email ONLY!

Creative Control

KM Designs Events & More has artistic and creative control over any items designed and produced by our company. KM Designs Events & More will request and accept photos as examples to showcase the clients vision; however we WILL NOT in any capacity copy or replicate those examples. Examples will be used only as inspiration combined with details submitted by the client specific to the event or order. This policy is non negotiable; KM Designs Events & More will not engage in any discussion regarding this policy.


It is the clients responsibility to review and comprehend this policy; KM Designs Events & More WILL NOT issue any refunds on items in production or events in the planning phase for failure to comprehend the above policy!

  •  Please email any logos, graphics or images to kmdesignsandevents@gmail.com 
  • All logos/clip art should be in a png. (transparent/no background) high resolution format.
  • Original Photo(s) of Individual(s) must be high resolution (screenshots of photos do not qualify)
  • Unless alternative arrangements have been made all logos, graphics and images must be submitted at the time the order is placed!
  • Any edits that must be made due to the improper submission of the requested formatted images will result in additional fees; full payment of any additional fees required prior to completion!
  • KM Designs Events & More WILL NOT troubleshoot logo, graphic or photo submission with you; it is your duty to fully read the submission requirements, check your files and troubleshoot with either the creator of your files or research on your own!

Proof Submission

KM Designs Events & More will submit proofs for Invitations, Flyers, Banners & Backdrops ONLY via email prior to printing; approval is REQUIRED by the customer within 24 hours. Any delays in proof approval will result in delayed production; KM Designs Events & More WILL NOT issue any refunds due to delays in proof approval.

All payments made to KM Designs Events & More is strictly for the time spent in creating these items; all copyrights and trademarks of any character images being used belong to their respective owners and are not being sold. These items are not licensed products and I do not claim ownership over the characters we used.

 Due to the customization returns and refunds will not be accepted or issued; however, we are open to discussing alternative resolutions if there is an error with your order due to a mistake made directly by KM Designs Events & More.

 KM Designs Events & More is released from liability once items are in the carrier's possession; we will NOT issue any refunds due to complications with your delivery including delays. 

Additional Terms and Conditions

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for failure to comply with policies and procedures outlined in any of our terms and conditions. KM Designs Events & More and Marie's Weddings by KM has a strict policy against harassment or mistreatment of any kind towards our staff. No foul or offensive language is to be used towards our staff, no inappropriate behavior or touching, no bashing or anything that falls within that line; failure to comply with our harassment policy will result in immediate termination of services and contracts NO REFUNDS will be issued.


Indemnification, Liability and Arbitration

Client agrees to defend, indemnify, assume liability for and hold KM Designs Events & More and Marie's Weddings by KM harmless from all claims, demands, damages, loses, suits, proceedings, penalties, expenses or other liabilities including attorney fees and courts costs arising out of or resulting from the performance of this contract; regardless of the basis (except for gross negligence on the part of KM Designs Events & More and Marie's Weddings by KM).


Contracts are non binding until received and signed by both parties; any changes must be written and signed by both the client and these companies. Oral agreements are non-binding! The latest contract supersedes all previous contracts between the client and these companies for services listed in the contracts. If any clause in the agreements are found to be non-force able by a court of law the rest of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. KM Designs Events & More and Marie's Weddings by KM will not move forward with your event or wedding until the signed contract is received; please note KM Designs Events & More and Marie's Weddings by KM will cancel your event or wedding with no refund of any sort for failure to sign and return contracts within 72 business hours.
